Moose Jaw Co-op is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator at our Home & Agro Centre in Avonlea, SK.

Why You’ll Love This Role:
As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall operation of the facility’s office through daily administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for members and customers and will redirect inquiries to the appropriate resource or manager when needed. The Administrative Coordinator is a critical part of the team at our location, and will:

  • Ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the customer experience
  • Consistently provide exceptional customer service and reception
  • Interacting with customers over the phone, in person, and/or via e-mail
  • Assist customers by completing product and service orders, arranging logistics
  • Receive and post payments to customer accountsAssist customers with account inquiries
  • Track inventory movement and monitor inventory levels
  • Process documents in our point of sale / accounting system
  • Manage incoming mail/packages and direct outgoing mail
  • Collaborate with other team members/departments to complete required tasks
  • Prepare, review, and file confidential documents, reports, and other correspondence materials
  • Help the team maintain the professional office appearance and stock supplies
  • Maintain a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Post-secondary education in administration or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with well-developed telephone skills
  • Superior time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
  • Proficient computer skills with a sound comfort using the MS Office suite of tools
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge and experience with inventory and book-keeping programs
  • Experience in a retail environment
  • Creative, strategic, and forward thinker with an appetite for learning
  • Must be dependable, reliable, and safety conscious
