Ag Business Specialist

Moose Jaw Co-op is seeking a full-time Ag Business Specialist to support members in our Imperial-Liberty trade area.

As an Ag Business Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for producers: building relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering solutions across crop inputs, feed & livestock supplies, fuel & oil, equipment, and building materials.

You’ll work closely with our branch teams and commodity specialists to deliver excellent customer service, ensure successful product delivery, and help our members succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow customer relationships through farm visits, calls, and ongoing service
• Identify business opportunities and support customers with product and service solutions
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly support across our agriculture product lines
• Coordinate with location teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory needs
• Participate in industry and community events to support our agricultural network
• Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up actions

Who You Are

• Experienced in agriculture, sales, livestock, agronomy, equipment, or a related area
• Confident building relationships and earning trust on the farm
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to support producers and coworkers
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with people and being in the field
• Mindful of the seasonal demands of agriculture, and committed to being present when our producers and communities need us most
• Tech-comfortable and committed to continuous learning
