Download the Co-op Pharmacy App on the App Store or Google Play.

Once you have downloaded the App on your phone, you can select your Moose Jaw Co-op Pharmacy locations (Moose Jaw Co-op Pharmacy 1st Avenue & Moose Jaw Co-op Pharmacy at Hillcrest).

Next, you'll want to contact your pharmacist to get a Pincard number and password, which will allow you to access the Patient Profile feature on the App and...

• Order refills
• Share your prescription history with your doctor and other healthcare professionals

You can also book your flu shots right from the App and see Pharmacy hours and locations.
